Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize HR-related documentation, including employee records, contracts, and compliance-related files, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars for HR executives, schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions, and coordinate with candidates, employees, and HR leaders.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining HR systems (such as Workday or SAP), and conducting regular data audits.
- Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR programs.
- Event Planning: Organize virtual and in-person HR events, such as employee engagement activities, training workshops, and team-building events.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency, assist in project management, and contribute to HR initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
- Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
