We are actively building a Salesforce talent pool for upcoming roles that require on-site presence between 2-5 days per week. Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking professionals with Salesforce certifications who have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs
Salesforce Administration: User management, configuration, workflows, automation
Salesforce Architecture: Data modeling, security, system integrations, solution design
Salesforce DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, version control, release management
Salesforce Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process optimization, stakeholder engagement
Salesforce Consulting & Implementation: System customization, best practices, training, and support

Basic Qualifications:

Active Salesforce Certification(s) (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, or architecture
Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia (2-5 times per week)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and integration
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Security Clearance (or eligibility) for federal contracting roles
Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT)
Experience with third-party integrations (Mulesoft, AWS, Azure, REST/SOAP APIs)

Experience working with Salesforce Experience/Community Cloud and Service Cloud
