We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they receive the best experience with our services, helping them with questions, troubleshooting, and overall satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for customers looking to get the most out of their lawn care services.

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they receive the best experience with our services, helping them with questions, troubleshooting, and overall satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for customers looking to get the most out of their lawn care services.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing information about services, schedules, pricing, and any other related inquiries.
- Assist new customers in getting started with our services, including explaining our offerings, setting up schedules, and answering any initial questions.
- Gather customer feedback on services to identify areas for improvement and relay suggestions to the team.
- Assist customers in updating account details, managing preferences, and ensuring billing and scheduling are accurate.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a service-based industry.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with customer management tools (CRM software).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
