We are seeking a dedicated, results-oriented Sales Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time remote position in the electronics manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential customers, developing strategies to cultivate new business.
- Provide technical solutions that meet customer requirements, explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers, helping to guide future product development.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotes, ensuring they meet the customer's needs and expectations.
- Provide technical support to customers, solving any issues they may have with our products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Electronics Manufacturing Industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales-related software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
