This role will play a key part in designing effective learning strategies that drive employee development, enhance organizational performance, and leverage technology such as Kajabi to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences.
List Of Activites
- Design and architect learning solutions that align with BP2025's business goals, employee needs, and industry standards.
- Build and manage online courses using Kajabi, ensuring an intuitive, engaging learning experience for users.
- Develop comprehensive curricula and learning materials that address both technical and soft skills across the organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (HR, managers, and external partners) to identify learning needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Implement blended learning strategies combining digital, virtual, and in-person learning modalities to meet diverse learner needs.
- Ensure the integration of best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and content development into all learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously optimize learning solutions based on feedback and industry trends to drive ongoing improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging learning technologies, tools, and innovations to keep BP2025 at the forefront of corporate learning.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning solutions design, curriculum development, or instructional design in a corporate environment.
- Strong experience with Kajabi or other learning management systems, including course creation, management, and optimization.
- Proven knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning best practices.
- Ability to create customized learning solutions that address both technical and soft skills development across diverse teams.
- Expertise in learning analytics to track and improve training program effectiveness.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience designing blended learning programs and virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
- Familiarity with gamification and interactive learning techniques to engage learners.
- Knowledge of learning and development trends and innovations, particularly in the corporate space.
- Experience with compliance training, certification programs, and corporate learning assessments.
