Role Description
As a BDR at Pika, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships (including in-person at conferences), and effectively communicating the value of our platform. Role Description
As a BDR at Pika, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships (including in-person at conferences), and effectively communicating the value of our platform. We’re growing incredibly quickly month-over-month, and are looking for a motivated BDR to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified leads through various channels, including prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and in-person conferences.
- Conduct outreach to prospects through phone, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to book qualified demos.
- Understand customer workflows/pain points and clearly articulate the value of Pika.
- Partner with the go-to-market team to meet or exceed mutually-aligned quotas on demos booked.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in a high-growth organization.
- Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, and judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- Prior experience using prospecting, CRM and sales tools.
- Experience selling to businesses in the trades is a huge plus.
