Role Description

As a BDR at Pika, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships (including in-person at conferences), and effectively communicating the value of our platform. We’re growing incredibly quickly month-over-month, and are looking for a motivated BDR to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified leads through various channels, including prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and in-person conferences.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects through phone, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to book qualified demos.
  • Understand customer workflows/pain points and clearly articulate the value of Pika.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to meet or exceed mutually-aligned quotas on demos booked.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in a high-growth organization.
  • Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, and judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience using prospecting, CRM and sales tools.
  • Experience selling to businesses in the trades is a huge plus.
