- Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and continuous upskilling initiatives for existing employees, focusing on role, company, and industry knowledge.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data-driven insights, iterating on programs to optimize business outcomes.
- Ensure a smooth transition and alignment for employees during periods of change, including post-M&A integration efforts.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders to ensure enablement initiatives address current challenges and opportunities.
- 5+ years in Enablement, Learning & Development, or related roles; experience in corporate environments and M&A integration highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing enablement strategies and delivering business impact.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and enablement tools, including reporting and analytics features.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive program adoption and alignment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
- Experience with change management and supporting organizational transformations.
- Passion for fostering a culture of learning and alignment within an organization.
