Position Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY 1: Project Management Excellence

  • Oversee client project deliverables and act as a primary point of contact for assigned projects.

  • Serve as a key figure in the Quality Assurance process, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Apply innovative thinking to navigate projects that lack a defined process or have unclear outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITY 2: Financial and Vendor Management

  • Work closely with the Account Management and Accounting teams to ensure smooth execution of payment processes.
  • Keep a close eye on project finances and timelines to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Act as the primary communicator for different vendors, freelancers, and contractors involved in projects.
  • Responsible for project reporting to confirm that timelines and budgets align with the Statement of Work.

RESPONSIBILITY 3: Team Collaboration

  • Ensure seamless interaction among various teams such as Account Services, Creative, Digital, and Development.
  • Facilitate transitions of work between the creative department and Digital and Development team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience working with a project management platform, such as Monday.com or others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software or willingness to learn new tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.
