- Assist the account services team in creating project proposals and accurately estimating project costs.
- Initiate projects with clear presentations of key deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could delay project progress.
- Continually update work management and proofing systems to ensure current project statuses.
- Serve as a key figure in the Quality Assurance process, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Apply innovative thinking to navigate projects that lack a defined process or have unclear outcomes.
- Work closely with the Account Management and Accounting teams to ensure smooth execution of payment processes.
- Keep a close eye on project finances and timelines to ensure everything stays on track.
- Act as the primary communicator for different vendors, freelancers, and contractors involved in projects.
- Responsible for project reporting to confirm that timelines and budgets align with the Statement of Work.
- Ensure seamless interaction among various teams such as Account Services, Creative, Digital, and Development.
- Facilitate transitions of work between the creative department and Digital and Development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working with a project management platform, such as Monday.com or others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software or willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.
