Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in government or public assistance programs.
  • Strong experience with EBT, SNAP, or human services-related programs (preferred).
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation tools.
  • Experience in data analysis, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and agencies.
