We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst based in San Antonio, Texas. As part of our team, you will be playing a crucial role in processing complex materials, maintaining data integrity, and providing data-driven insights to support various HR strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Utilize business intelligence tools to create accessible and actionable visualizations to effectively communicate complex data
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into narratives that support HR decisions
Lead in maintaining and optimizing the HRIS, which includes data entry, updates, and troubleshooting
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and regulations
Lead data validation and quality assurance efforts across various HR datasets
Support various HR projects by providing relevant data-driven insights
Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and reporting efficiency
Work cross-functionally with HR leaders and other departments to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions
Train HR team members on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools to ensure self-service analytics adoption
Collaborate with internal and external teams to acquire and integrate data from multiple sources
Develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization to support organizational objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst.
Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies is a requirement.
Must have expertise in Cognos Business Intelligence.
Familiarity with Dax Technologies is essential.
Experience with Informatica is a prerequisite.
Should have sound knowledge of Maps API.
The ability to use Analytics effectively is necessary.
Must have in-depth understanding of Business Intelligence (BI).
Proficient in Business Intelligence Technologies.
Capable of creating a Business Requirement Document.
Must be able to work efficiently with Business Users.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is a requirement.
Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a plus.
