About The Role

As the Implementation Lead at Trovo, you will work closely with clients to manage the end-to-end deployment of Trovo Health’s solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, timely implementations and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong client management skills, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with internal teams. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an individual contributor role with [competitive target compensation ($140K - $170K+ plus equity), strong benefits, and a hybrid NYC (Union Square) location.]

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for clients, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
  • Create comprehensive implementation playbooks and conduct research on integrating with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in both implementation and account service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our solutions and processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Help manage EHR systems and ensure seamless integration with Trovo’s platform.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of leading successful implementations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
