Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technology PMO Coordinator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports clients in Purchase, NY (Hybrid).

The team is excited to add a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented member to its team. This person will work cross-functionally to drive operational improvements across our growing company. As part of the team, you will work with Managers on various projects and/or live products to assist with project-related tasks and/or deliverables.

Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Director in the Agile development process, defining the scope, technical requirements, and priority of new business objectives.
  • Contribute to product roadmap development based on a deep understanding of business. Strategy, user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure meeting notes, technical documentation & release notes are kept up to date.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Ability to obtain a working knowledge of an application's capabilities to the extent that most user questions can be answered without consulting a developer, product manager etc.
  • Ability to communicate key features and benefits of an application consistently across the organization.
  • Excellent soft skills (active listening and the ability to empathize with user base).

Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Design, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Agile development process and SCRUM principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills and organizational skills
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience, particularly in technology, process management or requirements analysis
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Demonstrated skills in requirements elaboration, system design and development, user acceptance testing plans, etc.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams by establishing strong business relationships. with cross-functional partners (i.e. support teams, project management, business relationship managers).
Preferred Skills:
  • Tennis knowledge is a bonus
