  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us here at CreateBase specializing in backend development to join our growing engineering team. You will be working on building scalable backend systems and services that power our platform.

We’re excited to offer an equity only role, with a transition to cash compensation once our fundraise is complete.

This role is 100% remote, aligning with our team during Pacific Time. We need someone who loves tackling challenging problems and wants to make a significant impact on the music industry by helping us scale our platform. If you’re ready to innovate and solve complex issues, we’d love for you to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
