Position Overview

The Program Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the operations of a dynamic internship program at a startup. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Program Manager in planning and executing all phases of the internship program.

  • Track intern progress, gather feedback, and provide updates to the Senior Program Manager.

  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Basic understanding of internship programs and how they function within startups or similar organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
