Position: Independent Sales Development Representative (1099 Contractor)
Role Description:
We're seeking experienced sales professionals to generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn. You'll work independently to build connections and set up initial consultations with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach
-Send 25+ personalized connection requests daily
-Manage follow-up sequences with prospects
-Schedule qualified sales calls
-Maintain accurate prospect records
-Collaborate with our closing team
Requirements:
-Strong existing LinkedIn presence with a professional profile
-1+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
-Excellent written communication skills
-Self-motivated with ability to work independently
-Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
-Proven track record in business development
Compensation:
-Commission-based structure: Lucrative payout per qualified appointment that closes
-Potential to earn $250-$500 per day based on performance
-Flexible hours and remote work environment
