The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, from requirements gathering to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sessions to drive solution architecture and design for telecom billing solutions.
  • Translate complex telecom ordering and billing requirements into SAP/BRIM solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define technical specifications.
  • Develop and document solution architecture designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that the solution is implemented on time and meets all client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SAP/BRIM configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend appropriate solutions during project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years in telecom billing solution architecture, with a strong background in SAP systems (specifically SAP BRIM).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in SAP BRIM, telecom billing, and ordering processes.
  • Leadership: Strong experience leading and facilitating solution architecture and design sessions.
  • Telecom Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the telecom domain, including billing, ordering, and revenue management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing the delivery of complex telecom billing solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to find and implement solutions in challenging scenarios.
