IT Project Lead / Manager
The Project Lead / Manager manages and facilitates the implementation of GGRE workstream integration work till end of Q4, 2025. The ideal candidate will work as the primary liaison between IT and the different GGRE related groups to ensure all IT and GGRE business project deliverables fall within the scope of the project. Coordinate with Project sub-workstream leads, BU/Region representative and with vendors to ensure project schedule is maintained, IT requirements are upheld, and the solutions delivered are in line with business expectations. Build and maintain relationships with GGRE project owners and vendors; Understand both GGRE and IT requirements, facilitate communication across disciplines, and ensure that the project is executed in line with the integration IMO (Integrated Management office) business expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the business needs and requirements from the sub-workstreams for the successful implementation of program
- Develop framework to align the core project team, Technical and Steering Committee, BU stakeholders to align on the key project decisions
- Manage and deliver project updates and communication to the key stakeholders on a timely manner
- Develop and maintain detailed Project Execution Plan including tasks, resources, timeline
- Hold Vendor, Project team & BU/Regions accountable on the scope delivery and commitment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Azure DevOps)
- Strong Background in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong Organization Change Management skillset
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry, GGRE expertise highly desirable
- Working expertise in Subsurface data management, integration and migration including seismic, wells, and petrophysics
- Extensive experience working as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, Change Management Lead
- General knowledge of analytical tools (Spotfire)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments
- Must be able to prioritize requests and multi-task
- Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in running Agile Project serving as SCRUM Master role
