  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Supports rollout maintenance with monitoring and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend chatbot functionality using AWS Bedrock, Kendra, and Comprehend.
  • Optimize performance, fix bugs, and enhance real-time interactions with WebSockets.
  • Improve security, address static scan findings, and enforce FedRAMP compliance.
  • Refactor APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and CDK.
  • Enhance front-end UI (React, TypeScript) for better UX.
  • Strengthen authentication & authorization via Amazon Cognito.
  • Optimize performance with CloudFront, DynamoDB, caching strategies.
  • Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with UX, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Provide production support and contribute to MassHealth AI applications.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in AWS-based software development.
  • Strong Python & JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript) skills.
