Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. This role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional sales acumen to drive business growth by designing and
presenting innovative solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet technical and business requirements while fostering long-term relationships.

Key & Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:
Work with customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business goals.
Design and propose tailored solutions that leverage company products, services, and industry best practices.
Create high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and documentation.
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address customer-specific
needs.

Sales Enablement:
Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities, addressing both technical and business aspects.
Serve as the technical lead during customer meetings, RFP responses, and negotiations.
Present technical solutions and value propositions to executives and technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

Technical Expertise and Innovation:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to guide customer solutions.
Provide technical training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their understanding of products and services.
Identify opportunities to improve solution offerings by gathering customer feedback and market insights.

Collaboration and Execution:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company
capabilities.
Support post-sales teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction.
Contribute to internal initiatives, such as developing reusable assets, templates, and playbooks.

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solution architect, or consulting role.
Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales teams and closing deals.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform and their services.
Familiarity with system integration, APIs, microservices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with enterprise scale migration of workloads to public clouds
Prior experience building solution on Microsoft Technologies and modernizing legacy MS products to open source
Sales Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in consultative selling and creating business cases for technical solutions.
Ability to balance technical depth with business understanding to align with client objectives.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Familiarity with industry verticals such as healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.

Key Competencies:
Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
