Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Master s degree in data science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a similar data-driven HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data mining techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing HR data.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with HR metrics, benchmarking, and best practices in people analytics.
