Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Advisor 1 is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining middleware solutions that support the integration of various applications and systems within the organization. This role involves working closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless communication between different software components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop middleware solutions to facilitate communication between enterprise applications.
  • Implement and configure middleware technologies such as application servers, message brokers, and integration platforms.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of middleware components to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware systems and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation of middleware configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in middleware and integration solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or similar platforms.
  • Third party epic app integration highly preferred. Epic experience with using and deploying Epic is preferred but not mandatory. Integration with epic is the main skill
  • HL7, Microsoft IIS, MS SQL/SQL ODBC, HTML/HTML5, Interface engine administration & Support
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
