Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, AWS, React, and SQL databases (Oracle and MySQL). If you have experience in shipping and logistics domain, this would be a huge plus!

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications that support our logistics operations. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, collaborate with product managers, and ensure the highest quality of code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using Spring, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to enable efficient communication and data flow within the application.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.
• Work with AWS services for deploying and managing applications on the cloud.
• Integrate with databases (Oracle and MySQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and automate the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in Java and Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate for ORM mapping and querying databases.
• Solid understanding and experience of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with SQL databases, particularly Oracle and MySQL, and the ability to design and optimize queries.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a big plus.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
