Responsibilities

  • Schedule services for customers, ensuring that appointments are properly logged and confirmed.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of appointments for all technicians.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details, inform them of schedule changes, or reschedule services as necessary.
  • Update customer records with service details, ensuring accurate information is available for future appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, or online inquiries about services and availability.
  • Coordinate with lawn care technicians to ensure they have accurate job details and equipment needs.
  • Track service status and follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize appointment requests to ensure optimal routing and minimal scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support as needed (e.g., data entry, reports, etc.).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
