
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)

Description:
* The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst leads the evaluation and analysis of structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources to support business decision-making.
* This role ensures that business requirements are effectively translated into detailed technical design and programming specifications.
* The analyst will oversee data analysis, identify key data sources, and adjust data architecture as needed while spearheading business intelligence initiatives.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5-7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating leadership in a team setting.
* Expertise in writing queries and working with relational database systems.
* Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and communicate solutions effectively.
* Experience in managing multi-channel data environments.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including vendors, subject matter experts, database administrators, application teams, and end users.
Desired Skills:
* Experience working with claims, billing data, and identifying data patterns and inconsistencies.
* Ability to design and implement transformation logic for data integration.
* Experience in building ETL processes.
* Ability to create reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $112000K-$160000K
