  • Assist with processing patient payments, including co-pays and balances.
  • Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely processing of appointments.
  • File and organize medical documents and charts.
  • Ensure the office is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some medical office experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance (a plus, but not required).
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent patient care.
