- Work primarily in Python, with occasional tasks in Elixir.
- Explore new domains, tackle challenges creatively, and iterate rapidly.
- Proven experience with LLMs (structured outputs, RAG, tool calling).
- Comfort building systems that programmatically interact with smart contracts.
- Strong Python skills; openness to occasional Elixir work.
- Strong opinions on framework design and implementation.
- Adaptability to handle diverse tasks that drive team progress.
- Interest in decentralized systems, blockchain data, or perpetual futures.
