  • 4 SailPoint Engineers
  • 3 SailPoint Triage/Support Specialists

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • SailPoint Engineers:
    • Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint solutions.
    • Manage onboarding of applications and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of identity management projects.
  • SailPoint Triage/Support:
    • Provide support for SailPoint issues and incidents.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint applications.
    • Assist with user access management and escalations.

Requirements:

  • SailPoint Engineers:
    • 8-15 years of overall IT experience.
    • At least 6 years of experience with SailPoint.
    • Strong knowledge of onboarding applications and RBAC.
  • SailPoint Triage/Support:
    • 5-6 years of IT experience.
    • 3-4 years of experience with SailPoint.
    • Experience in triage and support roles.
