Brellium is a health-tech startup developing a completely novel, applied AI technology to tackle clinical quality, helping clinics analyze their medical records to deliver better care and decrease insurance clawbacks. We are committed to empowering provider groups and driving a leap in efficiency in the American healthcare system.

We serve provider groups across all 50 states, including Headspace, Grow Therapy, Action Behavior Centers, and Graham Healthcare.

In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our sales team to help new provider groups onboard to Brellium. You’ll be our second Account Executive on a fast-moving sales team with our founding Account Executive hitting 200% of quota. Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling to medical clinics across all 50 states.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Help create the sales playbook and scale the team as we plan to 3X the sales team size in the next 12 months.
  • Engage with Leadership: Report to the VP of Sales with daily exposure to founders and engineering.
  • Work in a Talent-Dense Environment: Join smart, kind teammates in a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain CRM Discipline: Accurately track pipeline and activity metrics to ensure consistent progress toward goals.

Requirements

  • 1-10 years of Account Executive experience
  • Previously track record of excelling in sales at an early stage startup.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving are crucial.

What We Offer

  • 50/50 Base/OTE
    • SMB: $70-100k base / $140-200k OTE
    • Commercial: $80-110k base / $160-220k OTE
    • Enterprise: $100-125k base / $200-250k OTE
