  • Collaborate with other departments to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide strategic goals are met.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
