Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides first-level internal support to Stonecroft Outreach team by evaluating, resolving, or escalating inquiries.
  • Responsible for Data & CRM entry and reporting for Outreach Department.
  • Supports in person and online Outreach events with logistical planning, registration, coordination of event content, and follow up survey/communication in coordination with other departments.
  • Coordinates Annual resource guides and other Outreach department resources.
  • Updates/maintains Outreach events to the internal ministry calendar.
  • Supports Outreach team with onboarding new leaders.
  • Support Outreach team with documenting and implementing new processes.
  • Serves as Outreach point of contact for answering volunteer inquiries from the Connections email/phone line.
  • Organizes annual group supply projects.
  • Supports program development as needed.
  • Creates and monitors the Outreach Leader Facebook page.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 8 days a year for bi-annual All staff gatherings held nationwide.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products including Teams and planner, as well as Canva.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated in job related tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Must have 1+ year experience in administrative work.

Qualifications:

  • A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
  • A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must possess a high level of comfort navigating a CRM, entering data, exporting and evaluating reports.
