Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide information or assistance as needed
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or gather feedback
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and account updates
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the customer database
- Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and call resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
