- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders
- French language proficiency
- Experience in creating and executing recruitment branding and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with national and international recruiting markets
