  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Create and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and vendors to keep projects on track.
  • Identify and address risks, problems, or changes as they arise.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress and key milestones.
  • Follow MSP best practices, standards, and service agreements (SLAs).
  • Review completed projects to find ways to improve in the future.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in MSP or IT services is highly preferred.
  • Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a bonus.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
