Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Huntsville, TX
Duration: Long-term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise an approach to solving complex problems.
• Exhibit intellectual leadership in problem-solving efforts.
• Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Adapt to dynamic issues in the client environment.
• Design and conduct workshops for stakeholders.
• Select appropriate tools and methodologies for analysis.
• Lead end-to-end project deliverables management.
• Develop new insights based on data analysis.
• Prioritize recommendations based on impact and feasibility.
• Provide ongoing updates to leadership on project status.
• Solicit feedback on interim deliverables.
• Manage project escalations and risks.
• Offer subject matter expertise in specific domains or technologies.
• Perform data aggregation and analysis to develop value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or data architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Expertise in business consulting and business analyst methodologies for complex projects.
Experience in testing, schedule management, project tracking, metrics reporting, and documentation.
Ability to manage project activities, set goals, analyze complex information, and identify project risks.
Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement from individual contributors to C-level executives.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with state agencies or government IT projects.
Background in public sector consulting.
Knowledge of financial and operational management of consulting engagements.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of consulting experience, including technology and management consulting.
