* Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data integrity and security
* Design and implement successful data strategies, including data unification, segmentation, and analytics
* Oversee data imports and exports, perform data cleansing and deduplication, and ensure data quality
* Analyze data performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into data efforts
* Provide training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of data and alignment with business objectives
* Lead initiatives to set up new data-driven projects, including market research, strategy development, and execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
* 5+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud Administration hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
* Advanced flow experience
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude to platform enhancements
* Experience in change management and governance
* Ability to translate technical information into simple terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Proven experience in implementing Data Cloud and driving growth initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Architect and Developer or similar Super-badges
* Experience with Data Cloud, focusing on both data unification and segmentation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
