About The Role
As a Solutions Architect at Uplimit, you will act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, helping them design, implement, and optimize AI-powered learning programs. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at leading organizations to translate business objectives into impactful learning initiatives, ensuring that their programs drive tangible results.
This role is perfect for someone with a client-facing consulting or implementation background who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll bring a structured problem-solving approach, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive projects from strategy through execution.

As a Solutions Architect at Uplimit, you will act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, helping them design, implement, and optimize AI-powered learning programs. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at leading organizations to translate business objectives into impactful learning initiatives, ensuring that their programs drive tangible results.
This role is perfect for someone with a client-facing consulting or implementation background who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll bring a structured problem-solving approach, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive projects from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer onboarding and implementation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new enterprise customers, guiding them through program design and execution.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives and align learning programs with strategic priorities.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and frameworks to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive strategic program success
- Act as a thought partner to HR, L&D, and business unit leaders to ensure their learning initiatives are effective.
- Track learner engagement and business impact, providing recommendations for program improvements.
- Analyze key metrics to refine learning strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Optimize and scale learning programs
- Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks that can be used to scale implementation efforts across multiple customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to refine processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve and enhance our approach to enterprise learning.
- Client-facing experience. You’ve worked in a consulting or client-facing software implementation role, where you’ve helped organizations adopt new technologies and drive impact through structured problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen. You can quickly understand an organization’s strategic priorities and align learning programs to their business needs.
- Project management expertise. You have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and executive presence. You’re comfortable presenting to senior leaders and facilitating strategic discussions.
- A data-driven mindset. You use metrics and insights to measure success and continuously optimize programs.
- A passion for workforce transformation. You believe in the power of learning to drive individual and business growth.
