Position Overview
Goldcast is seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious interns to join our Business Development team for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within an innovative, venture-backed SaaS company.
Interns will collaborate closely with the Business Development Team, contributing to critical functions that drive our growth. This role offers exposure to the intricacies of building a company, growing a brand, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must be able to commit to 6 months and up to 40 hours per week.

Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. Hourly Rate: $15–$19/hour (flexible based on qualifications and experience).

- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and utilize prospecting resources.
- Industry and Product Research: Stay informed about advancements in Goldcast’s platform and industry trends to identify business development opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring that individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
- Senior (fourth year) or recent graduate pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship, working up to 40 hours per week.
- Prior sales internship, project, or related work experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
