Remote Typist Data Entry Specialist

Rack Electric is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Typist Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position that will support our operations through accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into various systems and databases as needed.
• Maintain and update electronic files and records.
• Review and verify data to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Process documents, spreadsheets, and other materials with high efficiency.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including organizing files and creating reports.
• Ensure all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress and resolve any issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or typing-related roles.
• Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
