Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the functional mapping of an existing application into SAP. This role involves collaborating with teams currently operating on a different system and ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document the functionality of the existing German application and map it to SAP.
- Work closely with German counterparts in the mornings and collaborate with domestic teams in the afternoons.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and SAP implementation teams.
- Support process improvements and system integration efforts.
- Occasionally start the workday at 7:00-7:30 AM to align with the German team's schedule (who typically work until 11 AM US time).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, system integration, and functional documentation.
- Ability to work across global teams and effectively bridge gaps between business users and technical teams.
- German language skills are highly preferred or the ability to comfortably communicate with team members who have German accents.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
