What we're looking for

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan in coordination with CEO
- Drive the sales process from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
- Identify and prioritize customers/verticals based on product usage and market research
- Design pricing and packaging strategies that align with the company's product-led growth model.
- Define metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Own analytics related to acquisition, conversion, and churn of both free users and paying customers
- Assist writing product marketing content to communicate the value of our products to new and existing users.
- Create a customer success framework to optimize product usage, corporate adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with other companies
- 5 years of experience in growth strategies, business development, consulting, product, or other go-to-market focused roles which influenced growth of a particular product or practice
- Previous experience in a growth-focused role for a software company in some aspect of the broader energy industry
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies in a flexible early-stage company with high rates of growth - ability to adjust GTM strategies to align product-market-fit
- Methodical researcher with the ability to understand new industry verticals and ascertain the value of existing of planned Grid Status products to existing and potential customers
- Clear and thoughtful communicator of ideas and be skillful in asking problem-defining questions as they relate to the GTM and growth motions.
- Legal right to work in the United States
- This is a remote role based in the United States.
