IT Operation SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT manager and business leaders on the daily IT operations and improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction across the LTIL offices and systems.
  • Collaborates with application owners on project requirements, quality, progress, user stories, and user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for digitization and operationalization of existing commercial digital tools, including but not limiting to Website, App, Sales, and Aftersales.
  • Be a key contributor in the regional IT team, working closely with peers to develop multi-generation plans for tools and processes and align with the regional business initiatives and growth strategy
  • Leverage regional, global and partner resources to deliver according commitment
  • Act as 1st line of support for IT related issues and incidents, providing direct and/or remote support/assistance to staff
  • Escalate support tickets to 2nd line support and work together with IT teams across the company in efficient and effective resolution of IT related issues and incidents
  • Set up, configure, and maintain the company issued endpoint devices (laptops, desktop, mobile device, etc.)
  • Install, configure, and maintain the OS and applications on the company issued endpoint devices.
  • Provide onboarding IT training to new employees and other IT training sessions as required
  • Ensure staff awareness of acceptable usage of company IT resources, cybersecurity issues, IT relate policies and procedures.
  • Keep track of IT related assets (hardware, endpoints, software, SIM card, etc) and inventory.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT support role (in-person/remote).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting both Windows OS and IOS and Microsoft Office software suite
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting/maintaining/monitoring computer systems and networks.
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and/or Office Specialist: Expert certifications are an advantage
  • Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner.
  • A proven track record of managing projects in commercial or other relevant area
  • Available for on-call support as needed.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work ethic
  • High level of engagement to solve any issues and help others

Pay range and compensation package:

Employment mode: IC (independent contractor, fixed salary every month, the company does not take social security and provident fund legal leave, etc.)

  • ①Self-employed: The employee owns his or her own company and has prior employment experience in this type of business. The employee pays business to business and only bears corporate tax
  • ② Individuals sign the contract and bear personal income tax
