Job Purpose -

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and provide technical support for multi-vendor diagnostic imaging equipment, including General X-ray, R&F, C-arm, and portable imaging systems. This role requires a self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently while ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities -

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain multi-vendor General X-ray, Rad Rooms, C-arm, and other imaging equipment.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Maintain accurate service records in compliance with company quality standards.
  • Assess, calibrate, and manage test equipment used for diagnostics and maintenance.
  • Submit field service reports promptly and communicate updates to the account manager.
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and management of company assets.
  • Travel frequently within a 4-hour radius, with occasional overnight stays and flights as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications -

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing General X-ray, R&F, C-arm, and portable imaging systems.
  • Formal training from an OEM or accredited third-party organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various customer sites.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000 with 10-30% overtime pay.
