Vice President (Engineering) - USA

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering Leadership:

• Define and drive the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with CoreStack's business objectives.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and solutions for the CoreStack platform.

2. Platform Development:

• Oversee the development of a scalable, secure, and highly available multi-cloud governance platform.
• Champion AI and machine learning integration to deliver advanced automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent insights.
• Establish best practices for design, coding, testing, and DevOps to streamline the product development lifecycle.

3. Strategic Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand market needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Act as a key representative of the engineering team in customer and partner engagements, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives.

4. Talent Development:

• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
• Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities to engineers, managers, and technical leads.
• Build a diverse and inclusive team that thrives on solving complex challenges.

5. Operational Excellence:

• Establish and refine KPIs to measure engineering efficiency, platform performance, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Professional Experience:

• 15+ years in software engineering, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles (Director, VP, or equivalent).
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environment.
• Hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI) and governance frameworks.

2. Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
• Expertise in AI/ML applications, data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
• Strong programming background in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

3. Leadership Skills

• Exceptional ability to align technical teams with company strategy and foster cross- functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of leading globally distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with near-term execution.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Industry certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are a plus.
