Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This Administrative Assistant role involves handling a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining files, and assisting with general office duties.

  • Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous billing or AP coding experience.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting is preferred.
