- Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous billing or AP coding experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Associate's degree in Accounting is preferred.
