
PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST
- You will serve as a PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGY, PLANS, POLICY, FACILITIES AND CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE (N5), COMMANDER NAVY RESERVE FORCE, BRANCH HEAD/DIRECTOR/ PROGRAM MANAGER (N54).
- You will provide Navy Reserve Facilities planning subject matter expertise to Fleet Stakeholders including Commander, Navy Installations Command and their subordinate Navy Region Commanders in conjunction with Navy Facilities Command (NAVFAC).
- You will advise, plan, formulate, organize, administer, and train Navy Reserve Echelon III and below commanders and staffs on all aspects of Navy Facilities planning, programming and management.
- You will lead the complete range of facilities management and facilities engineering at all CNRF facilities worldwide.
- You will be responsible for systematic development and implementation of policies that promote effective and efficient operations of facilities maintenance and operations as the Facilities Director.
- You will be responsible for Navy Reserve real property, Military Construction (MILCON) and OMNR Facility programs.

Qualifications
*Experience planning, programming, budgeting, and executing policy, procedures, and implementation of Navy facilities within the Navy Reserve to include military construction (MILCON), unspecified minor construction, and FSRM project development.
*Experience applying legislative policy or other directives to develop and recommend program goals, objectives, policies, procedures, methods, and techniques.
*Experience utilizing written and oral communication sufficient to prepare and present findings that recommend specific actions regarding the many warrior/family support programs.
*Experience preparing and delivering detailed reports and briefings regarding Navy Reserve Facilities Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution.
