Role & responsibilities

1. US GAAP & Compliance Management: -Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with US GAAP. -Implement and monitor compliance management processes. -Assist with audits by organizing and maintaining necessary documentation.

2. Corporate Records & Payments Management: -Maintain accurate and organized corporate records and financial documents. -Oversee payments processing, ensuring timely and accurate vendor and partner transactions. -Manage payment schedules and resolve discrepancies promptly.

3. Project Tracking Support: -Support project teams by tracking budgets, expenses, and financial milestones. -Collaborate with departments to ensure financial data is integrated into project management tools. -Provide regular updates on project-related expenditures and forecasts.

4. Process Improvement: -Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes in records management, compliance, and payments. -Identify areas for improvement to enhance overall financial operations and reporting accuracy.


Preferred candidate profile


Required Skills & Experience:

-Minimum 5 years experience with US accounting and compliance.

-Proven experience as an accountant with a solid background in US GAAP.

-Strong expertise in compliance management and organizing corporate records.

-Hands-on experience in payments management and supporting project tracking efforts.

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.

-Prior experience in roles emphasizing compliance, records management, and payments support.
