Job Description

Quinsite is actively searching for a Senior Account Sales Executive who is self-motivated and equipped to spearhead business development initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position brings a love for innovation, collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Builds, manages, and closes deals in the sales pipeline
  • Creates monthly sales forecasts
  • Develops strategies to reach sales goals
  • Writes sales pitches for all products and services
  • Understands all partnerships, on both a strategic and tactical level
  • Completes competitive analysis reports
  • Presents monthly sales reports to leadership
  • Contacts potential customers and makes sales pitches
  • Develops relationships with top customers
  • Meets or exceeds sales quotas
  • Collaborates with customer success, analytics, and other departments
  • Use of HubSpot CRM software
  • Leadership
    • Work with leadership to ensure strong coordination and collaboration
    • Meet with executive team to discuss and review strategic initiatives
    • Hires and trains sales representatives
    • Manages a team of sales representatives
  • Participate in corporate initiatives (i.e., finance, marketing, bus dev, etc.) as needed
  • Up to 20% travel required
Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 7years of sales representative experience
  • Enthusiastic about representing our company and products
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong sense of competitiveness and the ability to work both individually and in a team setting
  • Self-motivated with a drive to be a top performer
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Additional Information

Benefits:

100% Remote work-This role can be remote (home-based) within the US

Competitive Annual Base Salary ( 95k -110k) + Commission
