Strong employee relations experience required.
- Minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience in a constantly evolving environment
- Ability to successfully partner with leaders at all levels as a trusted and conscientious advisor to guide and take appropriate action in addressing sensitive employment matters with tact, demonstrating outstanding communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Experience navigating, influencing and partnering with other functions to accomplish results, even when there is no direct oversight
- Thorough understanding of the employment law practices in the US, maintaining knowledge of the latest regulations, trends, and best practices in human resources and demonstrating skills to reliably communicate and integrate this knowledge across the organization
- Ability to identify trends and measure results, using data, professional insight, analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
- A natural bar raiser who exhibits curiosity to learn from others
- Excel in a fast-paced environment open to experimentation and continuous improvement with can-do attitude
- International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Focus is mostly on reorganization assessment and delivery, assisting partner teams and leaders with their team structures. Handling investigations may also be a deliverable from time-to-time. This role requires strong employee relations technical skills and knowledge of
