Role: Logistic Analyst
Location: Muscatine, Iowa

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SAP, Excel, and MES
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely processing
- Handle all logistics incoming calls
- Review shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of information, resolves any issues and problems identified by following proper operating procedures with company associates
- Completion of daily paperwork filing
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or deliveries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to shipping
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent require, associate’s degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required, experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable, complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, and possess excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- May be required to occasionally work overtime, including holidays
Working Conditions
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with constant alertness and attention to detail. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
