Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in IT Service delivery across multiple technologies, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects successfully.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certifications
